We produce fuel briquettes of high quality out of wood cuttings

We produce fuel briquettes of high quality out of wood cuttings (production facilities - new equipment - Germany). Our briquettes can be used as solid fuel for the heating systems in the buildings, greenhouses, plants, farms; for fireplaces, sauna and barbecue. Main advantages of our briquettes: smokeless; low content of ash; economical consumption; high calorific value; organic - products are produced out of the natural cuttings of conifer woods without chemical additives.
Humidity: 8-10%. Ash-content: under 1,2%.
Calorific value: 4210-4480 Kcal/kg.
Sizes: d - 70mm, l - 100-120mm.
Packing: polyethylene bags 10-11kg; on pallet boards.

Fuel pellets - represent cylinders with 6-8 mm in diameter, made out of pulverised and dried wood without adding of binding materials by mean of pressing under high pressure. Solidity - 1200 kg/ cubic metre, i.e. pellets down under the water в воде. Humidity - 8%. Calorific value - around 4200 kcal/kg = 17600 kJ/kg. Raw materials for pellets production are usually wastes of woodworking production: cuttings, chips, slab wood, bits and pieces etc. We also use wastewood from forest felling: thin wood, tree heads, buttings, tree limbs, crooked trunk etc. For production of wood pellets we also use agricultural wastes: straw, flax and peat.
